Shipping

At the moment, we only ship to Australia and the United States.

Shipping is free for all orders over $60 to Australia and the United States. For orders under $60, there is an additional $9.50 for Australia and $6.95 for the United States.

What you can expect

Orders are usually processed on the day itself. If not, it takes a maximum of 2 business days.

Shipping takes 1 to 5 business days for Australia and United States orders. 

"I think my order is lost"

It will only be considered as possibly lost if the orders have not been delivered after 8 business days from the shipped date.

If you still haven't received your order after 10 business days from the shipped date, please contact us with your order ID.

In cases where we resend items to you when original orders are considered lost, but then the original items arrive, we ask that you kindly notify us.
